Zulia FC tried to hold off Caracas FC by defending and tried to be dangerous on the break. They did not create any chances and after they conceded the 2-0, it was quickly over for Los Petroleros. Zulia played in a 4-4-1-1 formation. The game ended in 4-0, and Caracas seemed to be a few steps too high for Zulia.

A rather disappointing match for the 20-year-old. He swapped roles often, as he played as an attacking midfielder, left midfielder and right midfielder at some point in the game. He managed to find the spaces well whenever Zulia were in possession, showed good acceleration but he made some very bad decisions in the final third, shooting from distance when a teammate was in space.

I need to see Zulia play when they face a similar opponent.

Saimon Ramírez played as a right-winger and he could not impress, also because Zulia did not have the ball that often and they did not find Ramírez enough. When he did get the ball, he showed that he is very agile, has good bursts of speed and that he can dribble well. Also, he was very active in defence which was a good sign.

Even though he did not show that much, I think he’s talented. Definitely need to get a closer look on him.
Heiderber Ramírez: played 30 minutes in the game, but he did not do enough to make a report on.
