Amadou Ciss played as a striker and was the target man of the team. He can hold up play well and manages to win a lot of aerial duels. However, despite holding up play well he lacks the technique, ball control and passing ability to be a target man. Also, his ball coordination and balance leaves much to be desired. He has a good work-rate and his physique is okay.

Even though he has scored some goals this season, I don’t think that he will ever become a strong player at this level.

Carbonell is a very elegant player who looks very dominant on the ball. He reads the game very well and has a good technique. However, his passing can be sloppy at times and he does not always try his hardest to cut passing lanes. He loses a lot of 50/50 duels and needs to up his game intensity to be able to compete at this level.

Àlex Carbonell has the potential to become one of the stronger players of Fortuna Sittard. Eventually, I can see him moving to a low-table team in La Liga.

Tesfaldet Tekie is also a very elegant player who seems very confident on the ball. He has a good technique and is able to dribble past defenders with ease. Tekie spreads play well. However, he lacks physique and when he comes into the duels, he gets pushed away easily. Also, he is not the quickest in the first few meters which holds him back at times.
Rating: B2
Could become a good player for Fortuna Sittard, but I don’t think that he will ever play for one of the best teams in The Netherlands as he lacks physique and pace in the first few meters.

Felix Passlack played as a striker in this match and needed to make runs in-behind and press the back line of Feyenoord. He did this quite well, as he managed to recover possession a few times and he profited from the defensive flaws of Edgar Ié at times. He showed good awareness at times and you could see that he has played at a higher level before.
Rating: A1
Even though Passlack did not play in his best position, he showed once again why he has played at Bundesliga level before. I think that he is able to play for a low-table team in the Bundesliga.
Lazaros Rota

Lazaros Rota played as a right-back and I was positively surprised by him. In this match he showed that he has got some attacking ability on him. He managed to play out of pressure a lot of times, by just twisting and turning and using his good agility to get past his opponent. He timed his runs very well and supported the attack at the right times. He liked to pass the ball into the penalty area and make a run in-behind.

In first sight, Rota looks like a good signing for Fortuna Sittard and it will be interesting to see how his future will plan out.

George Cox played as a left-back and he started very intense. He won nearly every duel against Berghuis by just being more aggressive and reading the game very well. He faded out a bit later as Berghuis started to roam a bit and Cox did not know whether to follow him or to stay in position. He has decent technical ability and his physical ability is average.

I need to see more of him to come to a better judgment. For now, he should try to get a permanent move to Fortuna Sittard.
Miscellaneous notes:
Both Wessel Dammers and Mark Diemers impressed and I think that both are ready to play for a better team in The Netherlands. Wessel Dammers will move to FC Groningen this summer.
